FVR admin ex-officials back Robredo's presidential bid

Former Cabinet members and senior officials from the Fidel V. Ramos administration have endorsed Vice President Leni Robredo's presidential bid.

In a joint statement, they expressed their conviction that Robredo can guide Filipinos toward a "positive path" and heal the nation from the pandemic's "deep scars."

They highlighted the need for a leader who inspires unity, solidarity, and teamwork.

The officials cited that Robredo embodies servant leadership through her integrity, dedication, professionalism, level-headedness, statesmanship, pursuit of excellence, hard work, and genuine care for Filipinos.

Robredo expressed her gratitude, stating she is "humbled" by the support from leaders she looks up to.

She mentioned that she believes the "decent and outstanding" people who served with FVR affirmed the leadership he espoused.

The former officials stated they believe Robredo is the only presidential candidate who possesses the qualities they seek and can credibly lead Filipinos closer to their dream.
