Marcos Jr. garnered 60.39% of the presidential preference votes, significantly ahead of other candidates, with 18.63% remaining undecided.

Meanwhile, a separate "Tugon ng Masa" in-person survey by OCTA Research conducted from April 22 to 25, covering 2,400 respondents nationwide, also showed Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos and Mayor Sara Duterte sustaining their lead.

In the OCTA survey, Vice President Leni Robredo's nationwide votes increased from 22% to 25%, with support gains from Metro Manila, Balanced Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno placed third with 8% nationwide, followed by Senator Manny Pacquiao with 5%.
