Francis M's grandson Vito performs grandpa's hits at FreeMan 30th anniversary

Vito, the grandson of Filipino hip-hop icon Francis M, performed his grandfather's songs during a vinyl record launch party celebrating the 30th anniversary of Francis M's album "FreeMan."

The event, held in honor of Francis M's birthday on October 5, took place at 19 East Bar in Muntinlupa City.

Vito, aged six, joined his uncle Elmo Magalona and Francis M's original band, Hardware Syndrome, on stage.

They performed several of Francis M's hits, including "Cold Summer Nights," "Meron Akong Ano," and "Kaleidoscope World."

Saab Magalona, Francis M's daughter and Vito's mother, shared her emotional experience witnessing the tribute, noting her mother's presence as well.

She expressed her belief that her father would be happy to see his legacy continue through his son and grandson.

Vito has previously demonstrated talent in music, excelling in singing, drumming, songwriting, and possessing a good musical ear.
