P339K shabu seized in Dasmariñas drug busts; 4 suspects nabbed

Four individuals suspected of drug trafficking were apprehended in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, with authorities seizing approximately P339,000 worth of shabu.

Two suspects, identified as "Darwin" and "Cath," were arrested in Barangay H-2 after a buy-bust operation where 25 grams of shabu valued at P170,000 were confiscated.

In a separate operation on Monday night in Barangay Paliparan 3, "Vincent" and "MJ" were also arrested, leading to the seizure of 24.86 grams of shabu worth P169,048.

The police noted that "Darwin," "Cath," and "Vincent" are considered high-value individuals involved in the local drug trade, while "MJ" is tagged as a street-level pusher.

The Dasmariñas City police are continuing their investigation to identify the source of the seized illegal drugs.

The suspects are currently in police custody and will face charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
