Former HR exec speaks out after viral Coldplay concert clip

Kristin Cabot, former chief people officer of Astronomer, has spoken out five months after a viral clip from a Coldplay concert led to severe career and personal repercussions.

The incident, where she was seen on a Jumbotron in the arms of her then-boss, CEO Andy Byron, resulted in doxxing, numerous threats, and a significant career change for Cabot.

Cabot admitted to making a "bad decision" that involved inappropriate dancing and kissing with Byron after consuming alcohol, stating she took accountability and resigned from her position.

She clarified that she was not in a sexual relationship with Byron, and the concert incident was the only time they kissed.

At the time of the incident, Cabot was separated from her husband and undergoing divorce proceedings.

Cabot expressed deep embarrassment and horror upon seeing herself on the Jumbotron, recognizing the "cliché and so bad" nature of the situation given her role in HR and Byron's as CEO.
