Five PH firms recognized in Forbes Asia's Best Under A Billion list

Five Philippine companies, namely A. Soriano Corp., Apex Mining Co. Inc., Converge ICT Solutions Inc., Figaro Culinary Group, and Philippine Bank of Communications, have been recognized in Forbes Asia's 'Best Under A Billion' 2025 list.

These companies were selected from 200 publicly listed firms in the Asia-Pacific region with annual sales between $10 million and $1 billion.

Forbes Asia evaluated companies based on their performance in debt, sales, and earnings-per-share growth over their recent one- and three-year fiscal periods, using the latest available data as of July 7.

A. Soriano Corp. has sales of $226 million and a net income of $82 million, with investments in wire and cable products and resort operations.

Apex Mining Co. Inc. reported $254 million in sales and $76 million in net income, and is engaged in the production of gold, silver, copper, and other ores.

Financial services and the beauty industry were among the sectors that saw significant representation on the list.
