Filinvest REIT welcomes Conceive IVF Manila as new tenant

Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT) has welcomed Conceive IVF Manila, the Philippine branch of Japan's Kato Medical Group, as a new tenant at the Filinvest One Building.

This expansion marks Kato Medical Group's entry into South Metro Manila, offering specialized assisted reproductive technology (ART) services.

The lease deal with Conceive IVF Manila supports FILRT's strategy of diversifying its tenant portfolio beyond IT-BPM companies to include healthcare and wellness providers.

Filinvest One, located in Muntinlupa City's Northgate Cyberzone, is one of FILRT's 16 Grade A buildings and is EDGE Zero Carbon-certified.

Kenki Okumura, Managing Director of Conceive IVF Manila, stated their new facility will enable enhanced fertility care for individuals and families in South Metro Manila.

Maricel Brion-Lirio, President and CEO of Filinvest REIT Corp., highlighted this collaboration as a significant step in diversifying their portfolio into health and wellness.
