Farm Fresh Foxies welcome new rookies for PVL Reinforced Conference

Farm Fresh Foxies are optimistic about the upcoming PVL Reinforced Conference with the addition of rookies Maicah Larroza and Pierre Abellana.

The team finished third-to-last with a 3-8 record in the previous conference but showed potential by defeating Chery Tiggo, taking a set from Creamline, and pushing Choco Mucho to a fifth set.

Rookie Maicah Larroza, a former De La Salle standout and fourth overall pick in the PVL Draft, expressed excitement about joining Farm Fresh and working with their Japanese coach, Shota Sato.

Pierre Abellana, a University of Santo Tomas alumna, was surprised but grateful for the opportunity to play for Farm Fresh, noting she did not participate in team tryouts.

Both Larroza and Abellana are eager to contribute their skills and aim for a "sparkling finish" in the professional league, which begins Tuesday at the Philsports Arena in Pasig.
