Global ports magnate Enrique Razon Jr. has claimed the top spot as the Philippines' richest individual, surpassing property tycoon Manuel Villar according to Forbes' real-time ranking.

Razon's net worth stands at $11.9 billion, while Villar's fortune is valued at $11 billion.

Other prominent billionaires include San Miguel Corp. chief Ramon Ang with $3.7 billion and taipan Lucio Tan with $3.3 billion, both with diversified investments.

The Sy family, with Henry Sy Jr. ($2.3 billion), Hans Sy ($2.2 billion), Herbert Sy ($2.1 billion), Elizabeth Sy ($1.7 billion), Harley Sy ($2 billion), and Teresita Sy-Coson ($1.9 billion), holds significant wealth derived from diverse business ventures.

Notable figures also include Andrew Tan and Lucio Co, each with $1.6 billion from real estate and retail respectively, and Susan Co with $1.5 billion from retail.
