E. Visayas response team gets hero's welcome after Bicol deployment
A contingent of 172 responders from Eastern Visayas, primarily composed of policemen, received a hero's welcome upon their return after a 10-day relief mission in the Bicol region, devastated by Severe Tropical Storm Kristine.
