Not yet confirmed if Duterte will deliver SONA from Batasan

The SONA will have a limited capacity of 50 individuals inside the Batasan complex, comprising 25 from the Executive and 25 from the Legislative departments, along with some staff.
No other guests will be permitted entry as the SONA will be broadcast live.
