Duterte’s fifth SONA will last for 80 minutes

PCOO Secretary Martin Andanar confirmed that the President completed his second rehearsal for the SONA speech on Sunday night.
The SONA is scheduled to commence at 4 p.m. with traditional opening ceremonies, including the Speaker of the House and Senate President, a flag ceremony, and a prayer.
Television and film director Joyce Bernal will incorporate video presentations during the address.
Following his address, President Duterte will return directly to Malacañang without engaging in any media interviews.
Andanar stated that the speech is anticipated to convey optimism and hope, potentially highlighting the administration's accomplishments up to the COVID-19 pandemic.
