Dizon, Sotto seek ROW solutions for Pasig subway site
Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon and Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto met to address right-of-way issues hindering the construction of the Ortigas Station for the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP).
