ECQ disrupts finalization of revised GCTA manual
The Department of Justice (DOJ) is nearing the finalization of a revised manual for granting good conduct time allowances (GCTA) to prisoners.

The revision of the BuCor manual was prompted by modifications to the implementing rules and regulations of the law on GCTAs (RA 10592) made by the DOJ and the Department of the Interior and Local Government in September 2019.
