DM Wenceslao net income rises 14% to P562M on strong leasing

DM Wenceslao and Associates reported a net income of P562 million for the first quarter of 2025, primarily driven by the robust performance of its commercial leasing segment.

The company's commercial building revenues increased by 27 percent to P406 million due to enhanced occupancy rates across its property portfolio, including developments like Parqal Mall in Parañaque.

Residential revenues also saw a positive trend, climbing 13 percent to P67 million.

Overall recurring revenues, encompassing rentals from land and commercial buildings, grew by 14 percent year-on-year, reaching P899 million.

CEO Buds Wenceslao attributed these results to their integrated development strategy and focus on creating vibrant communities within Aseana City.
