Dingdong Dantes, family test positive for COVID-19

Kapuso actor Dingdong Dantes announced that he and his family have contracted COVID-19.

Dantes shared in a video on Facebook that the entire household experienced fever and other symptoms, leading them to get tested and confirm their positive results.

Although the source of their infection remains unknown, Dantes mentioned that they had all received their booster shots weeks before contracting the virus, and fortunately, their symptoms were mild.

The family faced challenges with daily tasks like buying medicine and preparing meals due to everyone being positive, prompting them to express gratitude to friends and family who provided assistance.

Dingdong's mother, Angeline, was specifically thanked for arranging food deliveries for him and the children.

Dantes is now feeling better and is scheduled to resume work on Monday.
