DigiPlus establishes Singapore subsidiary for global expansion

Digital entertainment company DigiPlus Interactive Corp. has officially established a subsidiary in Singapore, DigiPlus Global Pte. Ltd., to spearhead its international expansion and growth.

DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco stated that this incorporation is a crucial step in their growth strategy, aiming to transform DigiPlus into a globally recognized digital entertainment entity.

Establishing a presence in Singapore's advanced business ecosystem is expected to enhance DigiPlus' access to international expertise, foster cross-border collaborations, and build relationships in key global markets.

The new Singapore-based entity will function as DigiPlus' international hub, responsible for driving global ambitions through strategic partnerships and talent acquisition.

DigiPlus Global Pte. Ltd. is fully owned by Diginvest Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of DigiPlus, and will serve as the company's centralized administrative and management office for international operations.
