DFA repatriates 204 Filipinos from Macau

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) announced the repatriation of 204 more distressed Filipinos from Macau.

This repatriation was conducted through the Philippine Consulate General in Macau via its 25th flight.

Since March 2020, a total of 4,961 Filipinos have been brought home from Macau due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The DFA urged returning Filipinos in Macau to register their details through the consulate's online registry.

The consulate also welcomed the IATF's decision to shorten the quarantine period for fully vaccinated travelers from yellow list countries, including Macau, to three days with a negative RT-PCR test result.
