DepEd admits it has ‘no budget' for COVID-19 infected personnel

However, all government employees, including DepEd personnel, are covered by Philhealth insurance for medical and hospitalization needs.
DepEd also partners with the DOH and local government units (LGUs) for the care and monitoring of COVID-19 cases among its employees.
