Dennis Trillo named Asia's Best Actor for 'Green Bones!'

Filipino actor Dennis Trillo was honored as Asia's Best Actor in a Leading Role at the Asian Academy Creative Awards 2025 for his performance in "Green Bones!"

Trillo's portrayal of Domingo Zamora in the series earned him this prestigious award, surpassing other renowned actors such as Jacob Elordi and Park Bo Gum.

He expressed his gratitude on Instagram, stating, "PANALO ang Pilipinas! Panalo ang PILIPINO. Truly grateful for this. Thank you very much."

GMA Network's Gigi Santiago-Lara accepted the award on Trillo's behalf at the ceremony held in Singapore.

Santiago-Lara conveyed Trillo's honor and thanked the academy, also recognizing the producers and writers of "Green Bones."

Trillo emphasized that it is important for people to learn from the story and apply its moral lessons to their lives.
