DBM approves P740.834-million replenishment for DSWD, OCD quick response
The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has approved an additional P740.8 million to replenish the government's quick response funds (QRF).

The DBM released P640.834 million to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and P100 million to the Department of National Defense-Office of Civil Defense (OCD).

The DSWD's allocated funds will be used for purchasing Family Food Packs, Non-Food Items, and providing Emergency Cash Transfer to 73,348 families impacted by earthquakes in Cebu and Davao, as well as those affected by the southwest monsoon and tropical cyclones in the Bicol region.
The OCD's replenishment will cover Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses to support its disaster management operations until the end of the year.
