Savi Davison leads PLDT to upset Creamline, ends 19-game win streak

Savi Davison set a new career-high of 34 points, leading PLDT to a thrilling five-set victory over the previously undefeated Creamline Cool Smashers, ending their 19-game winning streak.

Davison's performance included 29 kills and 5 blocks, contributing significantly to PLDT's 30-28, 25-21, 23-25, 18-25, 16-14 win.

This victory marked Creamline's first loss since August 13, 2024, halting their dominant streak.

The game was played before a jam-packed crowd at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.

Following her outstanding performance, Davison was unanimously voted as the PVL Press Corps Player of the Week for February 11 to 15.

Davison expressed pride in the team's focus and resilience, emphasizing their determination to pull through a challenging game.
