Davao land title distribution frees thousands of ARBs from P700M debt
More than 9,500 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in the Davao Region received land titles and Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (CoCROMs), covering over 16,210 hectares and including debt condonation exceeding PHP716 million.
