CSC releases CSE-PPE guidelines for August 10 exam

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has released guidelines for the upcoming Career Service Examination Pen and Paper Test on August 10 to ensure a smooth and orderly conduct of the exam.

Examinees can check their designated testing centers online through the Online Notice of School Assignment (ONSA) on the CSC website.

They must arrive at the testing venue no later than 6:30 a.m., as latecomers will not be admitted after the gates close at 7:45 a.m.

A strict 'No ID, No Exam' policy will be enforced, requiring examinees to present a valid ID, ideally the one used during application.

Appropriate attire is mandatory, with prohibitions against sleeveless shirts, shorts, ripped jeans, and slippers, while plain white shirts or tops are preferred.

Calculators, electronic devices like mobile phones and smartwatches, and any form of aid are strictly prohibited inside the examination venue.

Examinees must use their assigned examinee number and are advised to note it for future reference.

Writing is only permitted in designated areas of the test booklet and answer sheet, with scratch work confined to specific sections.

Only black ball pens are allowed for filling out answer sheets, and test booklets must not be taken out of the testing room.
