Converge ICT net income up 8.4% to P8.9 billion in first nine months of 2025

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. reported an 8.4% increase in net income, reaching P8.9 billion for the first nine months of 2025, driven by strong performance in its residential and enterprise sectors.

Consolidated revenues for the period rose by 10.1% to P33.0 billion, resulting in a net income margin of 27.0%.

The residential business segment saw a 9.1% revenue growth, reaching P27.7 billion with a total subscriber base of nearly 2.93 million as of September.

Converge's enterprise segment experienced a significant 16.2% increase in revenue, amounting to P5.2 billion, with growth in both small and medium enterprises and wholesale subsegments.

The company's Bifrost Cable System is anticipated to become operational by the end of the year, following its August landing in Davao, which will provide international connectivity.

CEO Dennis Anthony Uy highlighted that this infrastructure will support digital transformation and open new trade opportunities for the Philippines, and the company will continue expanding its portfolio of digital and value-added services.
