Converge ICT net income up 8.4% to P8.9B in first nine months

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. reported an 8.4% increase in net income, reaching P8.9 billion for the first nine months of 2025.

Consolidated revenues for the period rose by 10.1% to P33.0 billion, with net income margin at 27.0%.

The residential business segment saw a 9.1% revenue growth to P27.7 billion with a subscriber base of nearly 2.93 million.

Its enterprise segment experienced a 16.2% increase in revenue, amounting to P5.2 billion, driven by higher demand from micro, small and medium enterprises.

Converge's Bifrost Cable System is anticipated to become operational by the end of the year, which will provide international connectivity.

CEO Dennis Anthony Uy highlighted that this infrastructure will support digital transformation and open new trade opportunities for the Philippines.
