Comelec opens online voter registration for OFWs on March 10

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) announced that the enrollment period for overseas Filipino voters opting for internet voting in the May 12, 2025 National and Local Elections will commence on March 10, 2025.

Filipinos abroad who wish to participate via internet voting must enroll in the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) between March 10 and May 7, 2025.

Registered voters are encouraged to use their own internet-capable devices for registration during this period and to check the schedule for field/mobile pre-voting enrollment at their respective Philippine Posts.

Successful enrollment will allow overseas voters to cast their ballots online during the 30-day voting period, which runs from April 13 to May 12, concluding at 7 p.m. Philippine Standard Time.

Voting kiosks will also be available at Philippine Posts during the overseas voting period for those who prefer them.
