Comelec proclaims Abono, Ang Probinsyano, Murang Kuryente to replace Duterte Youth

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has proclaimed Abono, Ang Probinsyano, and Murang Kuryente party-list groups to fill the seats vacated by Duterte Youth.

Duterte Youth's registration was canceled, leading to the vacancy of its seats in the party-list system.

Comelec Chairperson George Erwin Garcia confirmed that the winning nominees from the three groups would replace Duterte Youth.

The decision to disqualify Duterte Youth became final and executory, allowing for the proclamation of the new party-lists.

Robert Raymond Estrella, Alfred Co Delos Santos, and Arthur C. Yap, the first nominees of Abono, Ang Probinsyano, and Murang Kuryente respectively, received their certificates of proclamation.

These groups garnered the required number of votes in the 2025 elections and will serve a three-year term ending June 30, 2028.
