Cignal HD Spikers remain undefeated in PVL after beating Nxled Chameleons

The Cignal HD Spikers maintained their undefeated streak in the PVL All-Filipino Conference with a straight-sets victory over the Nxled Chameleons, with scores of 25-18, 25-22, and 25-23.

This win propelled Cignal's record to 4-0, allowing them to reclaim the solo lead in the league standings.

Vanie Gandler was named Player of the Match, contributing 13 points, while Ces Molina added 10 points to anchor the HD Spikers' offense.

Despite being outspiked by the Chameleons, Cignal's strong attacks and solid defense, including Gandler's three blocks, secured the win.

The match experienced a significant delay due to a power outage in the final set, lasting between 20 to 30 minutes.

Coach Shaq delos Santos noted that the team's performance was not entirely satisfying and acknowledged the players' commitment to improve.

Gandler emphasized the need for the team to work on their connection and reduce consistent errors, while also aiming to improve her own receiving skills.
