Standhardinger traded from Ginebra to Terrafirma

Christian Standhardinger has been traded from Barangay Ginebra to Terrafirma Dyip along with Stanley Pringle and Ginebra's 10th overall pick, in exchange for Stephen Holt, Isaac Go, and Terrafirma's 3rd overall pick.

Standhardinger, a four-time PBA champion, expressed his gratitude to Ginebra and acknowledged that while he had previously expressed a desire to be traded due to dissatisfaction, he had a change of heart and was keen on staying with the team.

He respected Coach Tim Cone's decision to trade him, understanding it as part of the game and recalling Cone's confirmation of his happiness to have him on board during their exit meeting.

Standhardinger's time with Ginebra, where he played under Cone, resulted in two titles: the 2021 Governors' Cup and the 2022-2023 Commissioner's Cup.

This trade marks Standhardinger's fourth team in his PBA career, having previously played for San Miguel, NorthPort, and Ginebra.

A game in April saw Standhardinger being benched by Cone in the fourth quarter of Ginebra's loss to Terrafirma.
