BI nabs Chinese national for fraud in visa application
A 23-year-old Chinese national, Li Xuanjun, was arrested at NAIA Terminal 3 for using a fraudulently obtained work visa.

The BI board of commissioners declared Li's visa null and void due to false representations made by the applicant.
Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado stated that Li will be deported for being an undesirable alien and will be blacklisted from re-entering the Philippines.
