While some aid has been distributed, not all residents in affected areas have received assistance due to limited supply and accessibility issues.

Residents in remote barangays, including Barangay Pajo, report that aid is not reaching their homes, prompting some to wait along main roads with signs pleading for help.

The difficulty in reaching these "last mile" communities is attributed to the unpaved and distant nature of their locations from main thoroughfares.
