Cebu Pacific to follow health protocols for cross-border travel

Cebu Pacific will comply with health protocols set by the government on cross-border travel, including presenting swab test results for fully vaccinated tourists, should it be required by the local government of the destination.

A passenger is considered fully inoculated at least 14 days after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or at least 14 days after receiving a single-dose vaccine.

Among the destinations accepting vaccination card as a travel requirement are Negros Occidental (except Bacolod City), Cauayan City in Isabela, Cotabato, Tacloban, and Virac.

In Virac, fully vaccinated individuals must upload their vaccination card on their S-PASS account three days before their scheduled trip to secure an approved travel coordination permit.

Surigao and Siargao have recalled their previous order and now require RT-PCR tests from all tourists, even from a fully vaccinated traveler.

The Department of Health has stated that local government units may still require visitors to present negative swab test results before they can be granted entry.
