Cebu Pacific extends flight suspensions until April 30

Cebu Pacific has extended its flight suspensions until April 30, 2020, in line with the government's decision to continue the Enhanced Community Quarantine.

Passengers whose flights have been cancelled between April 15 and April 30 are offered three options: free rebooking to another date within three months, a full travel fund valid for one year, or a full refund.

Refunds will commence processing on May 4, 2020, with potential delays of three to four billing cycles due to high volume.

For flights scheduled from May 1 to September 30, passengers can rebook their flights within one year without change fees, though a fare difference may apply, or opt for a travel fund valid for one year.

All flight modifications and management can be done online through the 'Manage Booking' portal on the Cebu Pacific website.
