Carlo Aquino stars as immortal warrior in vampire myth adaptation The Time That Remains

Aquino portrays Matias, an immortal Kalinga warrior who falls in love with Lilia, portrayed by Curtis-Smith and Pimentel across different time periods.

The film, set in Baguio, examines the complexities of eternal love when faced with a mortal partner's inevitable aging and death.

Matias initially protects Lilia and later becomes her lover, grappling with his immortality as she succumbs to time.

Carlo Aquino described his character Matias as lonely, stating, "Forever is a lonely word," and emphasized the importance of kindness.

Bing Pimentel and Jasmine Curtis-Smith reflected on the significance of how one lives their life and the intentionality required to achieve one's goals.

The film premiered on Netflix on October 16.
