Abueva leads Titan Ultra's comeback victory over Terrafirma

Calvin Abueva's clutch performance in the final minute secured Titan Ultra's 111-108 victory over Terrafirma Dyip, rallying from a 12-point deficit in the fourth quarter.

Abueva scored nine points in the final canto, including crucial free throws and an under-goal stab, keying Titan's 25-10 barrage to complete the comeback.

He finished with 20 points, 15 rebounds, seven assists, four steals, and three blocks, with Josh Munzon also powering the Giant Risers' fightback.

Abueva stated, "Talagang may laban sila (Terrafirma). Pero hindi kami nagpatalo. Sa akin as veteran, gusto ko manalo, kaya dinoble ko ang effort and then in the end, nanalo."

Titan Ultra improved to 3-6, maintaining their ninth spot and keeping their slim playoff hopes alive, while Terrafirma dropped to 1-7 after their sixth consecutive defeat, virtually bombing out of the quarterfinal race.
