CAB indefinitely suspends flights between Wuhan and PH

The Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) has indefinitely suspended all airline operations between Wuhan, China, and any destination in the Philippines as a precaution against the novel coronavirus.

The suspension exempts Royal Air Charter Services and Pan Pacific Air flights that will ferry passengers back to Wuhan.

However, these flights are prohibited from carrying any passengers from Wuhan to the Philippines and must exercise extraordinary vigilance for the health and safety of their passengers and crews.

CAB also ordered all airlines to monitor events in other cities that may be susceptible to the spread of the novel coronavirus.

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) has ordered terminal managers to ensure hand sanitizers are available in all four Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminals.
