BuCor's COVID-19 cases now at 451

A memorandum of agreement was signed between BuCor and the Bureau of Immigration (BI), with the assistance of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), to use Site Harry as a temporary isolation area for COVID-19 positive foreigner PDLs.
