BTS to release new album March 20, embark on world tour

K-pop sensation BTS is set to make its highly anticipated comeback with a new album on March 20, 2026, according to reports citing their label, BigHit Music.

This upcoming album will mark BTS's first new record in nearly four years, following the release of their compilation album, "Proof," in June 2022.

Following the album's release, the "Butter" hitmakers will embark on a world tour, according to reports.

BTS members focused on their solo careers and fulfilled mandatory military service in recent years.

In July, shortly after all seven members completed their service, they held a livestream in which leader RM teased a comeback in the spring of 2026.

This comeback will mark BTS's first group release in three years and nine months, following their reunion in 2025 after all members completed their mandatory military service.
