Brooke Van Sickle bags PVL MVP award

Brooke Van Sickle of the Petro Gazz Angels has been named the Most Valuable Player at the inaugural Pilipinas Live PVL Press Corps Awards Night.

She secured the MVP award with a weighted score of 227.6 points, calculated from 50% statistics, 30% media votes, and 20% team votes.

Van Sickle also earned Best Outside Hitter honors in the Reinforced Conference and the AFC.

Thea Gagate of ZUS Coffee was named Rookie of the Year.

The Creamline Cool Smashers were voted Team of the Year, and their mentor, Sherwin Meneses, as Coach of the Year.

Jonathan Ng will be honored as Executive of the Year and Deanna Wong as Fan Favorite.

Other awardees include Eli Soyud (Most Improved Player), Alyssa Eroa (Comeback Player of the Year), and Chie Saet (Ms. Quality Minutes).
