Bong Go ready for infra project probe, denies ties to Discaya contractors

Senator Christopher "Bong" Go has declared his readiness to face investigations into alleged irregularities in government infrastructure projects, stating he has nothing to hide and has done nothing wrong.

Go urged investigative bodies, including the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the Ombudsman, to focus on identifying and holding accountable the true masterminds behind any anomalies, warning against political maneuvering.

He specifically denied any personal or business ties with the Discaya contractors, whose name is being unfairly linked to the issue.

The senator highlighted that such allegations often resurface during election periods, accusing certain groups of reviving baseless claims to tarnish his reputation.

Go expressed his solidarity with the Filipino people's demand for accountability and their fight against corruption, emphasizing his commitment to serving the public and upholding delicadeza.
