OFWs can access the tracking system via a QR code or at https://customs.gov.ph/home/overseas-filipino-worker-ofw/, which provides details such as the bill of lading, container number, and delivery status.
The BOC emphasized that there are no fees required for the door-to-door delivery of these "balikbayan" boxes.
The agency also cautioned OFWs to be vigilant when choosing freight forwarders to prevent falling victim to scams.
