BOC chief orders personnel to disclose ties with brokers

The directive, issued as Memorandum No. 39-2025, prohibits BOC staff from engaging in commercial interests with customs brokerage entities.

All BOC personnel must submit a verified affidavit within 10 days, declaring the absence or full disclosure of any business or familial ties to customs brokers.

The submission requirements apply to new appointments, transfers, marriages, or other relevant circumstances involving customs brokerage interests.
