Jisoo announces Manila fan meet for Asia tour

K-pop superstar Jisoo of BLACKPINK is set to hold a fan meet in Manila as part of her "Lights, Love, Action!" Asia tour, announced by her agency BLISSOO.

Manila is one of the key cities included in the tour, alongside Bangkok, Tokyo, Macau, Taipei, Hong Kong, and Hanoi.

No dates have been announced yet for the fan meeting, but ticketing information will be released soon on the JISOO APP.

The fan meet is in support of Jisoo's debut solo mini-album, "Amortage," scheduled for release on February 14.

The album contains four tracks: "Earthquake," "Your Love," "Tears," and "Hugs & Kisses," with Jisoo participating in writing all the songs.

Apart from her music, Jisoo is also set to star on the zombie series "Newtopia," available on Prime Video starting February 7.

In the series, she plays Kang Young-joo, who races to be reunited with her boyfriend, Lee Jae-yoon (Park Jeong-min), in zombie-infested Seoul.

She previously visited the Philippines in 2023 for BLACKPINK's "Born Pink" tour.

Jisoo established her own agency, BLISSOO, to manage her solo endeavors after her solo debut in 2023 with the hit song "Flower."
