Blackpink announces Deadline World Tour with Spaghetti Western-themed trailer

K-pop superstars Blackpink have released a trailer for their upcoming "Deadline World Tour", featuring all four members together and evoking a Spaghetti Western road movie vibe.

The trailer showcases the members in a pink convertible with the number plate bearing the name of their fandom, Blink, cruising down a highway and along a dusty desert road, with cinematic influences and solo shots.

The "Deadline World Tour" kicks off in Goyang, South Korea, on July 5 and 6, where the group is expected to unveil a new song for the first time in over 2 1/2 years.

This tour marks Blackpink's first major group activity since their 2022 "Born Pink" album, following a period where members focused on individual solo projects and acting.

YG Entertainment confirmed that a music video for the new song is being shot in Korea, which they described as another iconic music video that encapsulates Blackpink's identity and musical essence.

The tour will continue with 31 shows across other cities including in the Philippines, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York and Paris.

Blackpink is scheduled to perform at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on November 22 and 23 as part of their world tour.
