PNP investigating 24 ex-police chiefs on info that one could have helped Guo escape

The Bureau of Immigration is also investigating a lead concerning one of its high-ranking officers who allegedly accepted a P200 million bribe to facilitate Guo's departure.
Guo, who is accused of links to illegal POGOs, left the Philippines in July but was later deported after being arrested in Jakarta.
