2 Korean fugitives escape BI facility
The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has launched a nationwide manhunt for two South Korean fugitives, Lee Jingyu, 32, and Yang Heejun, 44, who escaped from the BI Warden's Facility in Muntinlupa.
