Bela Padilla slams Rep. Cojuangco's remark on flood-prone housing

She likened Cojuangco's comment to "giving swimming lessons to a drowning man" instead of saving them first.

Padilla also pointed out that ordinary citizens may not know where it is safe to build, citing Slater Young as an example of someone who built resiliently.

The actress is known for using her social media platform to raise awareness on current issues.
