BDO partners with PLDT's VITRO for PH's first AI-ready hyperscale data center

BDO Unibank Inc. has partnered with VITRO Inc., the data center arm of PLDT Group, to provide financing for the country's first AI-ready hyperscale data center, VITRO Santa Rosa (VSR).

This collaboration aims to strengthen the Philippines' digital infrastructure and position it as a competitive player in the global digital economy.

VITRO Santa Rosa is designed to be a powerful facility with a capacity of 50 megawatts, 4,500 racks, and advanced cooling technologies, meeting global standards to host major digital players.

This data center is part of VITRO's broader network, ensuring the continuous operation of critical digital services like online banking and e-commerce.

BDO's support for VSR signifies its dedication to boosting the Philippines' digital capabilities, attracting foreign investment, and fostering economic growth through future-ready infrastructure.
