Barbie Forteza, David Licauco tease relationship status in playful exchange

Kapuso stars Barbie Forteza and David Licauco engaged in a playful exchange, seemingly a skit, about their relationship status.

The exchange began with David asking Barbie if she is the crush of her crush, to which she responded negatively.

Barbie then asked David the same question, and he replied with "Sana" (hopefully).

Following his response, Barbie jokingly asked David, "Tayo na lang kaya?" (Should we just be together?), to which he quickly agreed with a "Sige."

The popular love team, known for their roles in 'Maria Clara at Ibarra' and 'Pulang Araw,' will be working together again on a new project this year.

Forteza recently made headlines after announcing her breakup with longtime boyfriend, actor Jak Roberto.
