Ayala Corp ranks highest among PH firms in World's Best Companies 2025 list

Ayala Corporation has once again been recognized as the leading Philippine company in TIME and Statista's World's Best Companies 2025, achieving its highest global ranking to date at 210th.

This marks the third consecutive year Ayala has topped the list among Philippine firms, improving from its 273rd position in 2024 and 309th in 2023.

The ranking evaluates companies based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and ESG performance, with eligibility requiring over $100 million in revenue and growth over the past three years.

Ayala Corporation President and CEO Cezar P. Consing expressed pride in the achievement, dedicating the recognition to the company's employees and partners.

Ayala led a total of 10 Philippine companies on this year's global list, including Security Bank Corp. (369th), SM Investments Corp. (407th), Jollibee Foods Corp. (685th), and Union Bank of the Philippines (764th).

Other Philippine companies that made the list were International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (828th), China Banking Corp. (882nd), JG Summit Holdings, Inc. (949th), Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. (962nd), and Filinvest Development Corp. (995th).

SMIC President and Chief Executive Officer Frederic DyBuncio stated that the recognition inspires them to keep strengthening their efforts in creating value for stakeholders and contributing positively to communities.
